Honest truth... Last year, I didn’t make much progress on the things I thought I would. I was deeply focused on wellness — caring for my body, my energy, and my nervous system, so I'm okay with that.
Yet this year–I'm feeling the itch to make some major headway on a few things that are important to me as well.
Instead of pushing harder, I'm trying something different.
I started leaning into what I’m calling Feel Good Progress — progress that protects your health, joy, and relationships while still moving you forward.
In my newest YouTube video, I share:
- How I took a gentle but honest look at how I was using my time
- Simple ways I’m batching and simplifying daily life
- How I'm using bite-sized steps (especially with fitness)
- And how increasing focus — not speed — is helping me feel both calm and productive
These shifts don’t feel dramatic. But they are changing already helping me find the balance I'm seeking between wellness and making strides towards what I want sooner rather than later.
