Have you ever had one of those weekends where you did everything you loved—and yet felt totally off on Monday?

That was me recently.

I spent two full days playing in my flower gardens, planting vegetables, completely in my element. I had dirt under my nails, was enjoying the sunshine filled days and was definitely in my happy place... But then Monday rolled around, and I lacked energy, was noticeably irritable, and even had a few surprise hot flashes. 😳

I didn’t think much of it at first, but then I remembered what I’ve learned from Ayurveda (an ancient wellness system I turn to often). Turns out, even fun filled, good days can lead to burnout symptoms if you don't give yourself time to pause and truly restore.
