🌷 How to fix life feeling FLAT now...

Hi there,

This week's video on YouTube talks about a common retirement issue, but it’s not just about retirement.

Because the feeling I’m talking about? It can show up at 35. Or 52. Or 67.

It’s that subtle sense that life has started to feel a little… the same.

The days blur.
The spark dulls.
You’re not unhappy.
Just slightly uninspired.

For some, this shows up after retiring.
Yet for others, it happens in the middle of a full career.
Or after the kids leave.
Or simply during a long stretch of “nothing new.”

In my newest YouTube video, I talk about why this happens — especially in retirement — and what I believe is one of the most powerful antidotes:

Living seasonally.

Seasonal living restores texture to life. I find myself looking forward to certain things and appreciating them more deeply by living this way.

In the video, I do speak directly to boredom in retirement — because it’s real and rarely talked about.

But the deeper message applies to any woman who wants more intention, more aliveness, and more rhythm in her days.

If life has felt a bit flat lately, this conversation is for you.

You can watch it here:

And if you do nothing else today, think about one thing you are really looking forward to as spring arrives and how you are going to celebrate that and appreciate it deeply this year.

With the feel of the first spring blooms,
Julie
