CORRECTED 🌻 A habit that changed my life. (And still does)

Me and My Closest Companion

Sorry for the double emails this morning. I neglected to put the link to the journal prompts in the first email I sent this morning. Thanks for understanding.

Sometimes I feel like I have a personal relationship with my journal...

Some days I'm focused on how to live better–how to be more intentional and craft my days in a way that helps me focus on what's truly important to me. My journal becomes my connection to my heart space, guiding me to what's best for me.

Other days, it's where I list what I want to accomplish for the day–it's like my personal assistant, reminding me and keeping me on track.

Then there are the days that I pour out my heart and my journal lends an ear, silently holding space for me. I never cease to be amazed how much wisdom I gain on these days.

There’s something almost magical about journaling. At first, it may feel like scribbling thoughts on paper, but if you intend for it to be so, it becomes so much more.

For me, journaling has been the place where I’ve:

  • Found clarity when life felt complicated
  • Noticed patterns I didn’t see in the moment
  • Dreamed bigger than I dared to out loud
  • And most importantly, cultivate that warm fuzzy feeling when I'm grateful for everything beautiful, unique and sweet in my world

It’s amazing how a pen, some paper, and a few intentional prompts can shift the way you see your life and inspire you to live your best life.

That’s why I created the 75 Fall-Inspired Journal Prompts—to give you gentle, seasonal nudges that encourage reflection, gratitude, and slowing down. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, you can grab your copy here:

And if you want to take your journaling practice deeper, my Fall Seasonal Journal was created exactly for this. It’s filled with prompts, reflections, and seasonal practices to help you not just write about life, but design it with more intention.

Sometimes the smallest habits create the biggest change. Journaling has been that for me, and I’d love for it to be the same for you.

With gratitude, Julie

Writing connects me to the wisdom of my heart.
