Hello sweet soul and Happy Labor Day,
Today is the day I finally let myself have pumpkin and all the wonderful flavors of fall. Since I try to eat seasonally, by the time the season begins, I am SO stoked for all the things I've not eaten since last year. Although fall doesn't officially arrive for a few more weeks, you can already feel the shift happening and I look forward to all this season brings.
Fall always feels like the time to get serious about slowing down, reflecting, and savoring life a little more deeply. The crisp air, the changing leaves, even the shorter days—nature seems to whisper, pause, breathe, notice.
