Hi Reader,
Have you ever planted something with the best intentions… only to find out later it wasn’t so great for your health?
Recently I planted strawberries in a tiered planter that turned out to be made from recycled tires—yikes! Needless to say, that sent me down a rabbit hole of research on food-safe containers and how to grow edibles more intentionally.
This week’s YouTube video is a little different—and a little fun. I’m showing how I made strawberry planters out of used milk jugs (yep, those same ones you just rinsed out), plus sharing a few frugal gardening tricks, like how I save soil using empty plastic pots to fill space.
You’ll also learn:
🍓 What plastic numbers are considered food-safe (and which to avoid)
🌿 Why intentional living includes how and what we grow things in
🌱 How you can garden beautifully with less money
✨If you love the idea of using what you already have and growing something sweet and simple, I think you’ll enjoy this one.

Wishing you a week full of fresh starts and strawberry joy,
