Anxious about the Future? Try THIS instead...


Lately I've been feeling a little unsettled about the future. Are you feeling some of this too?

Finances. Health. World events. The unknown.

I have to remind myself that while we can’t control most of it, we can change how we meet it.

That’s what inspired my newest video:
“Retirement Anxiety? 5 Free Mindfulness Hacks”

Before you decide it’s “not for you” if retirement isn’t on your radar just yet—stay with me for a second.

Because the practices I share aren’t really about retirement.

They’re about:
• calming your mind when it starts to spiral
• creating a peaceful start to your day
• reconnecting with your body
• and deepening your relationships

In other words… things that matter at every stage of life.

These are simple, surprisingly effective mindfulness practices I’ve been leaning on lately—and I'd be willing to bet that one of them you've never even heard of before–it doesn’t even look like mindfulness at all… but it is. It's easy. And it works really well.
