Hi Reader,
This week, I’ve been soaking in all the magic that autumn quietly offers — the crunch of leaves underfoot, the golden glow of mums, the smell of cinnamon and wood smoke drifting through the air.
I've planted fall bulbs, sipped cider and my kitchen could be viewed as a pumpkin factory with how many pumpkin things I've been making lately. I hope you are enjoying it all as much as I have been.
Many of these moments have reminded me that each season speaks its own love language… if only we slow down long enough to listen.
I created a short, sensory video — Slowing Down to Savor the Season — as a little reminder to pause and experience autumn through your five senses. 🍁
✨ Do you feel it?
✨ Do you see it?
✨ Do you hear it?
For just a couple of minutes, let this be your gentle exhale — a moment to reconnect with the beauty right outside your door.
And as you go about your day, maybe ask yourself: What simple joy is this season offering me right now?
With warmth and a mug of something cozy,
Julie
