Hi Reader,
Is improving health and wellness on your list of aspirations for 2025? Wellness is one of my core values, so I'm always looking for easy ways to improve my overall health. And as a result, I also love sharing what I've tried and found helpful.
It occurred to me recently that there are quite a few habits that I've adopted in the last several years that take less than 60 seconds to do, but that have made a big impact on my wellness. I'm sharing 10 of these in my latest YouTube video.
